Supervise visitations and monitor exchanges at the Shelby County Safe Havens Supervised Visitation and Exchange Center. Ensure fair and respectful treatment of each individual who utilizes the Supervised Visitation Center. Ensure safety of children and adult victims of domestic violence during visits and exchange to avoid re-victimization. Monitor content and interactions during visits and exchange consistent with safety, level of risk, and cultural needs. Monitor, intervene and redirect the parent or child(ren) when exhibiting inappropriate physical or verbal behaviors. Available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, human or child development or related human service field preferred.
