Youth Support Worker part-time/20 hours (1) needed for ILP Huntsville to provide culturally competent services to clients of ILP; conduct basic living skills groups as necessary; prepare lesson plans/goal settings for clients; assist with transportation and coordination of services for clients. High school diploma or GED, one year related experience or Associates degree in Social Work. Knowledge of community resources. Ability to convey information and ideas verbally and in writing; computer proficiency. A valid Alabama driver’s license and auto insurance as required by agency. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Staff Accountant (1) for Administration Division to accurately and efficiently provide accounting services including preparing, analyzing and verifying financial documents. Assisting with monthly financial statements; preparing information for audits; Medicaid billing and MAS 90 experience a plus. Bachelor’s in accounting or related field and at least 2 years accounting/auditing experience. Proficient w/computers, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, general ledger/financial statement preparation experience preferred.
Family and Child Specialist (1) for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program to provide case management services that meet the physical, mental and emotional needs of therapeutic foster children. Valid AL driver’s license, reliable transportation w/ bodily injury limits of 100/300. Ability to work flexible hours. BSW required w/LBSW or license eligible; MSW-LPC. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Database Manager (1) needed for Marketing Division. Extensive computer skills required. Will perform prospect research, manage website and social networking sites, performs various administrative duties as directed. Will help with special events and fund raising activities. High school diploma or equivalent. BS/BA preferred. 1 year’s experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus.
Resources Development Director (1) needed for Marketing Division. Will handle donor acquisitions and relations, planned and corporate giving, makes presentations, plans/implements fund raising events. Departmental supervision duties. High School diploma or equivalent with proven job related experience. Major in communications, marketing or relevant field preferred. Excellent public speaking, writing, and computer skills are required.
